Every pole dancing pole we track, from every brand worth buying, in one filterable list. Use the filters to narrow by mount type, spin mode, diameter, finish, skill level and price, then compare any two side by side.

Choosing an at home pole dancing pole

Buying a pole for a home rather than a studio changes which specification matters. Your ceiling decides more than your budget does, mount type is usually settled by whether you can drill, and the finish that grips best in a warm studio is not always the one that grips best in your living room. Three filters do most of the work.

Mount type

Pressure mounted poles need a joist above the dome and leave no holes. Freestanding stages need no ceiling at all but eat floor space. See freestanding vs ceiling-mounted.

Diameter

45mm is the default and suits most hands. 40mm is easier to grip one-handed for spins. The pole diameter guide matches it to your hand size.

Spin mode

Learn on static, add spin later. A dual-mode pole covers both and is what most people should buy for a home setup they will keep for years.

Not sure where to start? How to choose a dance pole walks the decisions in order, the space and ceiling calculator checks your room fits one, and the installation guide covers setting it up once it arrives.
