Home Pole Dance collects information you provide when requesting a PDF or contacting us, and usage information that helps us improve the site.

PDF Requests and Email Preferences

When you request a PDF, we collect your first name, email address, the page where you requested it, and the request time. We store these records in Supabase. Our server confirms the save before making the requested PDF available.

You can choose Save PDF or Email me the PDF. Choosing Save does not send an email. Choosing Email sends the requested PDF through Cloudflare Email Service; marketing consent is not required for either choice.

The optional marketing checkbox starts unchecked. If you select it, we record your consent, its time and the wording version. Leaving it unchecked does not cancel a preference you previously gave us.

Marketing opt-in emails include an unsubscribe link. Opening the link does not unsubscribe you: you confirm on the preferences page. We retain confirmation history and earlier consent details to manage your preferences. Unsubscribing does not prevent you from requesting PDFs in future. A later explicit opt-in can subscribe you again.

Unsubscribe links contain a random token, with the matching record stored privately in Cloudflare R2. The preferences page removes the token from the address bar and does not load analytics, advertising or third-party verification scripts. These links have no automatic expiry; contact us if you need help with a link or your preferences.

File Storage and Security Checks

PDF originals are stored privately in Cloudflare R2. Our server validates the request and a Cloudflare Turnstile security check before releasing a file. Cloudflare processes the verification token and may process your IP address and browser information to protect the service against abuse.

A PDF request does not verify ownership of the email address entered. A downloaded PDF can be saved and shared by its recipient.

Contact Messages

If you use our contact form, we process your name, email address, subject and message through Web3Forms and store a copy in Supabase so we can respond.

Usage Data and Cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand site usage. Analytics events for PDF requests contain the resource identifier and action, rather than your name, email address or unsubscribe token. Hosting providers may maintain separate security and operational logs. You can manage cookies and related browser settings on your device.

Retention and Your Choices

We retain request, consent and unsubscribe records to provide requested resources, manage email preferences and keep a history of those choices. You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your personal information. We may need to retain limited records to respect an unsubscribe request.
